In Fort Collins for wedding, this loft was in an ideal location at the end of Mountain Ave so no road noise! Within walking distance to everything in Old Town. Loved our stay at The Loft!

The Loft on Mountain was very nice and comfortable. It was in walking distance to many restaurants, shops and breweries. This property far exceeded our expectations and was one of the best VRBO's we've stayed at. I would definitely book a stay here again if available.

Wow, just wow!
This is a stunningly l beautiful property in a fantastic location with access to downtown restaurants and events. The owners have thought of everything for their guests and were very good with arrival and departure communications. Instructions are available for equipment when they are needed. I'll definitely stay again!

This place was AMAZING! Beautifully decorated, centrally located - literally had everything we needed and more! My only regret is that I didn’t entertain anyone - because it would have been so easy, and fun, to do! Cannot recommend highly enough.

Amazing Rental!
I can honestly say this is the first vacation rental I have stayed in where the photos exactly match reality! This place is in the perfect location - walking distance to everything you would need. It was super clean and so cute! An extra bonus was that the kitchen was fully stocked, including an honor system snack pantry and complimentary water in the fridge. Would love to stay here again!

You will love it!
My husband and I visited Fort Collins for one night to attend my graduation from CSU. I am so happy I found Christine’s loft! It is located in old town and it is absolutely gorgeous. We really enjoyed our stay at the loft as it was modern and clean and the owners are wonderful. There were snacks stocked in the kitchen that you could buy and the kitchen was stocked with everything else you need for your stay. They also provided towels and toiletries, which is a really nice touch and convenient for visitors like us. The best part of the stay for me was the location of the loft. My husband and I were able to walk to the nearby restaurants and shops and come back as needed. It was so close to everything you want to see an old town Fort Collins. I would definitely recommend the loft to anyone looking for a clean, beautiful place to stay while visiting. My husband and I plan to come back to Fort Collins for a longer stay at the loft in the future.

Great place and great location
Super awesome space and really nicely designed and finished. Definitely exceeded our expectations in that department. We were extremely comfortable. Only two downsides: - No designated parking space, but instructions for parking were clear and easy. You can park about a block down for free overnight. - There’s a door from the property into the restaurant next door, which is kinda weird, but they assured us that it locks from both sides. There’s a gap under the door so you can hear people working/talking on the other side. Also there’s a pretty strong smell of greasy food when the restaurant is open. If it were my place I’d put in a heavier and better sealed door. Overall awesome place and would stay there again!

Could not have been in a better location!
My husband and I have been to Fort Collins every year for the last 6 years and have never stayed anywhere this nice or convenient. We walked everywhere. We had rented a car and only used for the drive to and from DEN airport. It was so comfortable inside, I felt at ease. Great amenities. The snack cabinet was a wonderful touch. I can’t say enough good things about this property. We will be staying here again on our visit next year!

This was probably one of the best VRBO properties in which I've ever stayed. The space was great, location was amazing, parking was easy, the home was well stocked, well appointed, super clean and there were nice touches left for us like waters, coffee, etc. The hosts were communicative. Five Star for sure!

Cannot do better than this!
My husband and I stayed for almost two weeks in this property and were extremely comfortable in all areas. This is so much more enjoyable than any hotel. We have stayed in FOCO numerous times and always enjoy being near Old Town as we enjoy walking to shops/restaurants/Poudre River Trail. My two concerns going into this stay was the parking and noise from the street & train. These turned out to be non-issues. Parking on two different side streets nearby was always available. The street noise was occasionally loud but not enough to trade out this location. Lastly, the owner is extremely communicative and immediately responded to our one request.

The apartment is gorgeous, comfortable! Access was simple, and the amenities accommodated every need. The location is ideal. What's not to like? Only the parking situation. We weren't able to find any in front of the building at any point in a day evening, but found some a short walk away.

Perfect in every way.
We stayed for 12 nights on a trip to visit our son. The apartment was absolutely perfect. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed (and more). It is even better than it’s pictures. The property manager was very proactive, checking in periodically to see if we needed anything. And we appreciated the offer of a mid-stay clean even if we didn’t use it. Plus, the location can’t be beat. Stay here if you want a place in FC. It doesn’t get better than this.
