"Really enjoyable stay at the Other House Soho Pod Hotel. The location is excellent—right in the heart of Soho, with plenty of bars, restaurants, theatres and shops within easy walking distance. Despite being so central, the hotel felt modern, secure and well organised. The rooms are compact, as you would expect from a pod-style hotel, but they are cleverly designed, very clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning and everything needed for a short stay in London. The communal areas were stylish and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. It was ideal for our two-night trip and made exploring the West End incredibly easy. I would happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, modern and conveniently located base in central London."

"Great hotel in a great location. Friendly staff, automated check in easy to use. The Primo bar has an amazing array of drinks and food. Didn't try the Sushi restaurant, but the brasserie was also very good. The rooms were clean and please, but some of the fittings need maintenance. The TVs kept rebooting themselves, the phone in the living room didn't work and a part of the shower came off. Other than those little niggles it was an excellent stay in an excellent location. I would stay again."

Tea/coffee facilities, no water bottles but expensive shop in lobby. Staff....very helpful, courtesy phone call from reception not long after arrival."
