"Kimpton hotels always make me feel old, but that's just me: garish color schemes, hipster art on the wall, etc. But just like other Kimpton's this one offers a perfectly fine room and a perfectly fine price. And they take dogs, which is why I end up staying at so many Kimptons. "Extremely friendly staff, super comfy, massive bed! By USA standards room on a little on the small side (but average by UK size). Lovely wee touches like free wine during happy hour 5-6pm, use of umbrella and bikes. Ideally located. "The location was wonderful....right near the Metro. The staff was unfailingly friendly, knowlegeable and helpful. We had a room with a tub and shower and access accommodations, but to use the tub, a strong person had to hold the drain plug down and turn it, and even then water leaked out.
