"Guy at the front desk was very kind and accommodating. Other than that this was a nightmare. After a 12hour drive, we get there @3am and the system was down, then we get into the rooms, and i was shocked 😲. We get greeted with a strong stench of body odor and cigarette. It was so strong it was hard to breath. But we were so exhausted from all the driving and we knew the stay was nonrefundable, that we just thought to deal with it later.
