Homely and quiet

A lovely, homely little place on a quiet street right in the centre, so easy to walk to from the station and around the city. Very friendly and helpful staff that made me feel very much at home. The bed was super soft and comfortable.

Charming stay

Charming room in an authentic older Florentine building. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was decorated with nice personal touches. The location was perfect, within walking distance to major attractions, and lovely artisan stores in the immediate vicinity. The free breakfast at the local cafe was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again

The owners are very friendly and nice. Room was clean however it was quite small for two people plus luggage. Ideal for short term stay with small bags. Location was perfect for all major sight seeing sites. If you have difficulty walking up stairs , have a lot of luggage this is not the property for you. This is not wheel chair accessible.

Awesome location, immaculate and adorable!

Adorable, immaculate, charming hotel in a prime location. I loved this hotel! It is a 6 minute walk from the train St Lucia station; 4 minute walk from Piazza Novella; and very close to other amazing sites that tourists want to visit. Supermarket is 3 minute walk. Lots of restaurants all around. Another wonderful bonus is that it is so quiet! That is not always easy to find in Europe. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this property!

酒店不太好找，没有招牌，是在一栋建筑的2楼，离火车站10mins左右，最好提前跟酒店联系！主人Nicola非常友好，说酒店不太对，类似于民俗，只能说中规中矩了，但是干净是我最满意的，下次来还是会考虑这家店！ PS，酒店早餐在一家咖啡店，一杯果汁，一杯咖啡，一个牛角包或者pancake，可以饱肚；

It’s in a great location close to a lot of tourist areas and food joints. It’s a little confusing with all the keys they give you to get into the building. Unfortunately once you check in you never see anyone again so if you have questions you’re on your own. However I do recommend this place as it is comfortable and clean and I felt very safe.
