Huge room on the outskirts of the city centre. Lovely area with great restaurants. The room was exceptionally clean, the downside was the very hard bed as we prefer a softer bed. We would definitely come back here if we returned to Florence.
Our stay here was wonderful! The host was so pleasant and the view from the terrace was beautiful. The location was in a great spot for enjoying the Florentine neighborhoods, and close to many of the restaurants recommended to us. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were pristine. We had no trouble navigating into the center by bus. All in all, we would stay here again were we to return to Florence.
We loved this spot. Shaila was a fantastic host. The suite was clean and beautiful with a lovely view from the balcony where we had our coffee each day. We walked everywhere including right into downtown and beyond.
Highly recommend 1900Artevita for anyone traveling to Florence.
The staff was fantastic, the apartament very clean and good balcony with table a two chairs, great location, full of restaurants if you walk a couple of blocks, very safe!
The property was clean and the amenities were good. It is about a 25-40 minutes walk to the historic district. There is a supermarket near by, we were able to buy picnic items and anything we forgot.
I would recommend for a shorter stay (a week) as there really isnt a kitchen facility (not one where I would cook) The shared kitchen space is great for storing things and making quick dishes but not a lot of prep room. Its walking distance to everything. The staff are super helpful.
Love the location of this Apartment very quiet and walkable to the centro.Feel very local. My view from my window is a park and a ferris wheel from a far that they light it up in the pm nice. Grocery is just around the corner.
Great location, the room and facilities were very clean and cozy. The common area had an espresso machine and purified water and snacks. The host Shaila was very friendly and hospitable and presented us with gifts and useful information upon arrival. There was a balcony in our room with an excellent view of the lush neighborhood. The building was minutes away from the various bridges that lead into downtown and the famous Pegaso bakery was just around the corner. Highly recommended, we had a great time in Florence at the 1900 Artevita, thanks again for everything!
We loved our stay! The fact that we had use of the kettle, fridge,microwave,tea/coffe/cups/plates/etc Balcony room is a must well for us it was. There is a supermarket 3 min down road.
We walked from the train station 20 mins. But believe you can take but.
We walked all over. I think if your use to walking maybe stay closer. Especially if you want to be out all day. Come home and go back into town. There is not too many restaurants close by.
Shaila the host was friendly.
Cute bedroom with little balcony but didn’t like how the toilet is in with the shower. It was very small and made it slippery. It’s also a bit further out of the main area.
Nice tea or coffee bar whenever you want it.

Liked: Staff & service
Room was okay, don’t expect anything great. It was a large apartment divided into multiple suites from the one entrance. The breakfast room was not open in the morning. We had to leave at 8am and breakfast was not available. The walk to the main attractions across the river was not bad.
