If staying in Florence, you HAVE TO stay here! So convenient to the sites, yet just off the beaten path so it’s quiet. The T2 tram stop is right out front of the hotel. Takes you to SMN train station in 5 minutes for your day trips and takes 20 min to get directly to the airport. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. Dimitri was so kind and helpful during our entire stay. He’s a gem! Breakfast in the lobby starts the day out just right. Lastly, if you’re lucky, Maggie the golden retriever might be laying in the lobby. So sweet and gentle. Gives the place a homey feel. Can’t say enough great things about this hotel!

Affordable and familiar

A good option to stay not too far from the city centre but not spot in the middle. Getting the feeling the hotel is taken care of and it stands for plenty. Breakfast had some ups and downs like prosciutto and fresh croissants but coffee not worthy it's name, lucky replacements existed.

This hotel is great for its location and the front clerks were very friendly and helpful especially the gentlemen than worked in the evenings. He was very helpful. Thank you. My only complain for the hotel is that it smells weird inside. Because it is such an old building more attention should be given to its maintenance. The breakfast however was spectacular.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, I was greeted by two dogs at the entrance, which gave a poor first impression. The lobby and entrance area were noticeably dirty and unkempt. The condition of my room was equally disappointing. It was very outdated, with worn-out furniture and decor that seemed decades old. The cleanliness of the room was questionable, adding to my discomfort. Additionally, the shower door would only close halfway, causing water to spill out onto the bathroom floor, which was both inconvenient and hazardous. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with my stay, especially considering the price we paid. I would not recommend this hotel to others unless significant improvements are made.

Ideal para visitar Florencia tranquilamente

Hotel un poco apartado del centro pero perfecto para visitar Florencia con tranquilidad. En 15-20min a pie se llega al Duomo. El edificio es muy bonito, habitaciones bien cuidadas, ascensor un poco lento, pero funcionaba bien. Desayuno muy variado y de calidad muy buena. La zona es tranquila y con multitud de restaurantes de mucha más calidad que en el centro, sin tanto turisteo

Mycket hjälpsam och trevlig personal. Läget var perfekt. Nära sevärdheterna men ändå i ett lugnt område. Frukosten var under all kritik. Torrt bröd och inte mycket att välja bland. Dock bra desserter, men inget man äter på morgonen. Tycker hotellet passar mer som 3 stjärnigt. Men personal får 5 stjärnor.
