"Property was close to town which was a bonus. I didn’t get the room I booked, instead they gave me a bigger room, but the room smelled of burnt bbq, and the shower had no hot water. No staff were around to talk to about it. I ended up leaving a day earlier because I couldn’t stand the burnt bbq smell … that seemed to be coming up through a vent or something. "
"Love this place so much, what a beautiful experience. From the staff to the workers were all friendly. Will be booking again in the next couple of weeks. "

Tanoa Tusitala Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Warm, friendly and welcoming staff. Great customer service"
"Despite a few changes with our room, our stay at Taumeasina was nothing short of amazing and that was all thanks to the staff. Their genuine smiles, warm welcomes, and consistent kindness truly made all the difference. Not once did we feel like a burden, even with the room adjustments. Every single staff member we came across carried themselves with such grace, patience, and professionalism. It wasn’t just great service, it felt like family. Fa’afetai tele lava for making our stay so special."
"I like boutique hotels and this establishment follows those sort of lines - historical artefacts, antique furniture and photos showcasing the local Apia history dating back 100 years and more. The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. Breakfast was nicely presented."
