"check in great i had a bad check in experience. bout 18 months ago when a jobs worth on reception said i needed photo ID??????? I pointed out I was a british subject & resident to no avail. I complained to radisson who said i would get a discount on my next stay. I never saw a discount and don’t care The positives Check in this time was great the check in Guy was very welcoming I think he’s name was mathew. I requested if he had a room at bank if hotel as it was less noisy he kindly obliged. through no fault of his own the room had little to no Wi fi the hotel offered to change rooms but I couldn’t be bothered to pack up my case to much fuss. Perhaps in future rooms with dud wifi should flag up on check in staffs screens to avoid. New dec rooms very nice comfortable although the hanging lighting the middle of the bed was very odd could be a hazard with people hitting there head on it. Otherwise nice looking room. "

"A great hotel in a prime central location, minutes from the tube with Regent’s Park on your doorstep. Spacious room, quiet and well stocked with water and snacks. What singles out this Holiday Inn are the excellent staff , housekeeping, bar and the General Manager. I cannot fault this stay on any level and will definitely rebook "

"All good , it’s in a great position and it’s clean and affordable , air conditioning not the greatest and ground level rooms tend to be noisy , or the ones I have stayed in area , defo stay again it is our go to hotel for convenience "

"The stay went from bad to worse. No workspace in a room that promised to have one, unable to change us into a new room until after the start of the next working day. Incredibly loud in a first floor room. In the second room the air con didn’t work. I left my makeup in the first room and it mysteriously disappeared with no one able to find it- hundreds of pounds of makeup gone."

"Bad management dirty old hotel with housekeeping endless noise. Management advise to book hotel directly to avoid noisy rooms. !!! Not 5 star hotel. More like 2.5 star …. Definitely few starts broken. 😡 "
