"The staff were lovely but I would say the rooms could do with some TLC. The walls were chipped and scraped and the seal along the shower screen was dirty and old and there was a stain on the carpet and a musty smell in the room. I wouldn’t say the rooms are 5 stars but the bed was great."

"Very nice hotel but a little to hip for my taste. It is not warm or welcoming. You check yourself in at a computer and print your own key card. Not the greatest feeling after a long stressful day of travel. You control your room and basically your whole stay with an ipad. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean. Breakfast staff was extremely nice."

"Staff were so welcoming on arrival, hotel was hard to find at first as postcode took us to police station. But was sign posted from further round, free car park too, room was so nice and clean and room service were fast in bring us 2 extra pillows. "Very courteous and friendly staff, clean rooms and facilities and the area of the hotel was very convenient to just about anywhere we needed to go. If we're ever back in Glasgow we'll definitely be staying here again! Also, the breakfast was really good and the buffet food was replenished frequently so even if you show up late you're not risking missing out. Definitely recommend adding the option for the breakfast, definitely worth the extra fee. "

The hotel and staff are absolutely brilliant and extremely knowledgeable and hospitable. The food is exquisite and it’s possibly one of the finest cheese boards we have ever had.
