"Spent two nights last weekend. Enjoyed our visit. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The whole place was really clean and we could not fault our room. Comfy beds with lovely white crisp bedding. Very warm and cosy. We had continental breakfast and ate our evening meal in the hotel on Sunday. Food was excellent. Well done and thanks to all at the Kings Head. "

"Great house for an extended family getaway, clean and well equipped. Front, grassed garden not secure for dogs but smaller secure gravel/barked outdoor space was more than adequate for them. There were 12 of us staying and it was lovely to be able to all sit around the table and eat, play games, etc. Would definitely stay again."

"This spacious and comfortable home was perfect for us seven adults and four children celebrating New Year's. The indoor pool was the highlight, naturally. The pool is in a separate, locked building, which was very important to us. It is nicely heated and there were pool toys available. The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. The host provided a travel cot and highchair, which were very much appreciated. The grounds of the home are lovely and it close to Kingston Lacy and other lovely places."

"Lovely - if quirky - property and grounds, much loved and well cared for. All the necessary equipment is provided, plus some additional (and tasty!) welcome items. Nicole and Steve, who look after the place, are delightful folk.Pubs, chip shops, Chinese takeaways are all within a short drive. The cottage is well placed for exploring both the New Forest and Dorset, but we'd also recommend the nearby Moors Valley Country Park. It's just a fifteen minute walk away (saves paying for parking!), with miles of walking in the woods, plenty of well-planned activities for the youngsters, and some very decent catering."

"The property was spotlessly clean, beautiful and very comfortable. The hot tub was only an inflatable one, it did take a long time to heat up. Other than that, everything was perfect for our long weekend away. We would most definitely consider booking again. Christina was faultless, the perfect hostess "

"The whole experience was wonderful. The pool, although cold was well used, followed by a dip in the hot tub. The little private pub was a hit, along with the games room. A beautiful venue for special ocasions. Comfortable rooms, lovely grounds and helpful hosts. Altogether amazing."
