The location could not be better in the heart of Lucerne’s Old Town on the Reiss River next to the famous Chapel Bridge and 15-minute walk from the train station. Attention at the front guest is good as well as the restaurant for breakfast. Only serve breakfast. The only negative is the WiFi. It’s terrible. "The Allstatd Magic was a real FIND! It is the ❤️of Lucerne under the city clock! The property was well kept, clean and the staff were extremely forehand very helpful! "We needed a place to stay as a break from driving, so we chose this hotel which is just outside of Zurich. It was super easy to find, easy parking right at hotel and in a nice area. Front desk person was great. Room was a bit small, but clean. There is a restaurant in the hotel which looked good but we didn't eat there, but they kindly fixed us two coffees to go the next morning when we were leaving early. Nice location and we took an evening walk along the river."
