"The view is amazing. If your coming from the USA. No ac so summer is hotter but at night it gets in the 50s so it’s very nice. The hotel is amazing. You have coop (grocery) right downstairs. Nearby restaurants are amazing. The waterfall view from the terrace is breathtaking. In the states we would pay $1k-$2k a night for this alone. I loved this place so much it will be hard to replace this setting. Staff was great. Great hidden gem!!!"

"Ken (at breakfast) was so welcoming and friendly. Front desk staff was also very friendly and helped book a ticket for sold out Lindt chocolate museum. The location easily accessible to other areas of Zurich by walking 15-30 minutes or easy access on public transit. A couple of things why I didn't give full stars. I would have like to have been able to make the room a bit cooler at night and the bed was not that comfortable, but doable. Overall, a great place to stay!"

"The location is great. Very near both the 72 and 13. The apartment was very clean and spacious. There were basic cooking utensils and appliances, although a few more items (such as a toaster, a baking dish or tray, tongs, and paper towels, for example) would have been helpful. There were plenty of nice towels and soap/shampoo. The shower is great with ample hot water and pressure. Be advised: there is no lift and this apartment is on the top floor - LOTS of steps! Also, we happened to visit during a heat-wave (32+ C) and the apartment does NOT have AC. There is one fan that isn't very powerful. We were able to cool things down with some cross breeze from the windows, but a second, more powerful fan would have been great. Overall, a good stay. We would consider staying again."

"Our family enjoyed our stay. We really appreciated the prompt communication with management. We also loved that a Coop (small market) was right across the street and also the cafe next door to us. It was also super easy to take transportation which was also across the street. My mother enjoyed walking along the lake in the mornings. I enjoyed making my coffee as the property had a nespresso machine. My husband enjoyed that there was a smart Tv so we could catch the new season of stranger things. And laundry in the basement. This spot was perfect for our family and I will be recommending it to friends and family."
