"Excellent communication from start to finish With map and tram details to get to apartment. In a great location 2 minute walk to lake and a lovely 15 minute stroll to centre or a tram just outside. Room had everything you needed and got cleaned within our stay which doesnt normally happen in an apartment. Staff were friendly and when my travel plug didn’t work they were on hand with a spare which I could keep for whole of trip. If we ever visit Zurich again I would definitely stay here."

"The hotel is located in very nice location that is hard to beat. Upscale restaurants, designer shops around, short walk to the old town district and 2 blocks from the lake. The hotel shows age, but the bathroom was remodeled. The A/C unit kept up with very high temperatures outside. The restaurant in the hotel served very good breakfast buffet and was open for dinners. The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful."
