"Friendly, helpful staff. Very happy that room was ready early. Room was clean but on the small side. Comfortable bed. A bit unusual layout in that the shower was in the room, but covered by a curtain so there was privacy. The toilet was separate. The sink was in the room. It all worked out fine though. Another plus is this hotel is very close to the train station, so very convenient for traveling."

"For a first time visit to Switzerland, this is truly a "home away from home". We find the apartment spacious and cozy, even better than the suites in some hotels. The decoration is modern and elegant. There is a fridge of decent size, which is very convenient for keeping beverage cool and some food. Even though the property is next to a road and railway, it is very quiet at night time. The best thing about this property is its location - 3 min. from a bus stop and 8 min. from a train station. We were able to take advantage of the robust Swiss transit system and easily accessed many tourist attractions during our short stay. All in all, we are very satisfied with our experience at Lamira!"

"Very friendly, helpful staff . Easy check in and check out. Room was ready at 2pm, before the usual 3pm check in time. Hotel location was excellent, near tram station and grocery! Easy access 5 minutes walk to tram # 2 and #3 tram stops that takes you to Old City and lake Zurich. Excellent amenities pool, gym, jacuzzi etc! Tram #3 also takes you to Main Station HB for TGV express to Paris and other European cities! I highly recommend Crown Plaza IHG Zurich! The best 4 star hotel in Switzerland!,"

"Comfortable and spacious for 3 people! We slept well which is #1 priority for us. It was mostly clean. It is well decorated. The location would be fine if you’re driving a car. But since we used train and bus system it took about 10-15 minutes of walking to get to grocery or restaurants and there aren’t really shops nearby. The host responded quickly to an issue I had but either misunderstood me when I wanted help with it right away or just didn’t do it. We had some trouble finding the key because it wasn’t in the right place but luckily another guest told us to open every mailbox until we found it and then we did. But these are small issues and I was pleased with the comfort."
