Swallow Studio is the perfect private, rural retreat located along the national cycle network and offering extensive country walks through wildlife reserves. The studio is about a mile from the sea, less than three miles to a lively market town, and a 1:30min train journey into London from the nearest station.

The space: Light, modern, open-plan studio with kitchenette, shower room, wood burner, and underfloor heating. The sofa can be converted to a bed, and an additional folding bed can be provided. The studio is surrounded by ¼ acre of mature private gardens with a pond and patio area for outdoor dining. There is a wood burner in the studio. There is ample off-road parking.
