"The breakfast was excellent, and it’s a bonus to have reasonably-priced parking on-site. That said, the parking rates on the website are out of dateand clearer signs to the car parks would make arrival a lot easier. The room had a Nespresso machine with two capsules, which would have been a nice touch — except it wasn’t working. Not much staff on site. There’s no daily housekeeping unless you specifically ask for it. The location is great — you’re in the city centre within 30 minutes by tram."

"The logistics need improvement. I booked the shuttle pick up from the airport and waited over an hour and the shuttle never came. I had to take an uber. The offered me some add-ons at a price but the balance to be paid was always incorrect and the staff were sometimes clueless. The rooms do not have body lotion so you must bring your own. On the other hand, breakfast was good."

"The staff was great and very accommodating and let us check-in early—overall we enjoyed our stay. The place felt alright although there were some hairs on the bed upon arrival. The fridge seemed pretty gross too. Laundry was really expensive and didn’t let us do it ourselves. Free sparkling water in the lobby was a plus. "

"The room is cleaning, small like everything in Europe. The staff is friendly. There is a nice local bakery a couple of blocks from the hotel. Try the ham and cheese croissants."

"checked out within 10 minutes of arrival because this property is a health and safety hazard. The room was covered in significant mould (walls and windows), and the flooring was filthy and untidy. The stairs are dangerously steep and lack basic safety features, making them a serious risk. To make matters worse, the bathroom door was broken and would not close, and there were no blinds or curtains on the windows, leaving zero privacy from the street. I did not use any facilities and left immediately. Avoid this place if you value your health and safety."
