"The staff were amazing and so lovely. They were even nice enough to provide 2 free drinks due it being my birthday!! The room was nice and the hotel is conveniently located near a tram station."

"Location was great, right next to the beautiful green space of Vondelpark. Check in was rather unpleasant, as they said our room wasn’t ready (understandable, as check in said 3pm and it was around noon), so we walked around a bit and then waited in the lobby, falling asleep on the couches after flying in from Alaska. Instead of letting us know our room was ready, we roused and noticed it was almost 4, then asked if we could finally check in…and the staff was like, “yeah, your room has been ready for a while…”. We were literally sitting right in front of her, she knew we were waiting, and she could see us drifting in and out of sleep as we sat upright on the couch. It was really off putting, because it seemed unnecessarily unfriendly and not the hospitality we usually receive at hotels. Aside from that, the room was sufficient, beds comfortable, and there was coffee/tea and water in the room, plus a place to refill the water in the lobby, plus hard candy and fresh fruit. Easy walk to catch the tram, nice longer walk to the museum area, but certainly doable. Lots of good food options nearby, but we did not eat at the restaurant next door. "

"Mold all in the bathroom- more than surface, appears to be painted over and no mold is no coming back through. Sink was leaking the whole trip despite apparently being fixed. Air unit on wall was broken and not working. "

"The accommodation is good with optimal air conditioning, and always clean. Limited to pizza for evening meals and that was disappointing given it’s not close to restaurants and you would have to go into the city centre. Otherwise all the staff are lovely and very helpful."
