"Everything was perfect! The receptionist was very helpful, going out of her way to help us (family of 4). On the day of our departure we had to leave to the airport before the breakfast was served, so they made us packed 'lunch' with sandwiches, water and juice - it was so thoughtful of them. They also booked a taxi to the airport for us. In terms of location, the hotel is perfectly located for some amazing restaurants, beach, shopping and was withing walking distance of Caribe Bay...
