"Location was the best feature of this hotel. One staff member was fantastic but a few were largely unresponsive - asking questions were met with one word answers and like pulling teeth. Also, note that partial canal view means you’re on the ground floor - the room description does not say this. So be prepared for less privacy or keep your drapes shut which ultimately negates the value of that view itself"

"We had a deluxe room and it was well worth paying a bit more. It was like a suite with a seating area then moving through to a bathroom on one side and a walk in shower on the other side then moving on into the bedroom. The hotel has lots of character and a beautiful garden where we enjoyed eating breakfast and having an aperitif with some lovely savoury snacks. The lounge area was very nicely decorated and comfortable. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious. If we return to Venice we will definitely stay at this hotel again. It is so wonderfully located making it easy to get the train or the bus. There are lots of lovely restaurants nearby."

"We enjoyed our 2 night stay. The front desk staff were super helpful with recommendations on where to eat. Our room had a view to the water canal where we could see gondolas pass by. It was a bit noisy however, but we were on the main level floor. Overall I would highly recommend, location is central, staff are friendly and super helpful and the hotel itself is beautiful."
