"The flat itself was quite decent but the owner of the property was very not responsive. She gave us a wrong lockbox code to access the flat, we tried to call her quite a few times with no luck. We eventually found out one of the window was not completely shut so we managed to "break into" the property. The bathroom wasn't clean to normal standards and the shower did not have hot water on the first day so we had to waste good few hours in the morning to sort everything out "

"As an Antiguan taking a short staycation with friends, this was a good option that gave us each our own private space with large common areas both inside and out where we could enjoy each others company. The pool was clean and areas around the pool provided enough shade for a comfortable outdoor experience. With three rooms, the apartment can easily accompdate a family of 6 or group of friends. "

"This was such an amazing house! Everything was as advertised in the listing. This house is all about the view. It was so nice every morning waking to the beautiful harbor view and opening the doors to the breeze. The bedrooms had great A/C to keep you cool during the night, but the breeze was all that was needed during the day. The pool was great to take a relaxing dip. The house was well stocked with towels, including beach towels, and all kitchen items. Large water coolers are also provided. The house does have solar hot water, so our showers were a bit cool on a cloudy day, but cloudy days are the exception, so it wasn't a problem. The location on the southern side of the island was a great base to explore. English Harbour and all of its shops and restaurants was a quick 10 minute drive. A car is definitely needed for this location. The driveway is quite steep but our small SUV without 4x4 did just fine. The property manager Tihana was quick to respond when we had a couple of issues. I would absolutely rent this home again!"
"The apt is very spacious. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The location is on the south side of island. You definitely need a car but easy to get to main areas. The hosts are very nice, considerate and more than helpful. "

"The house was great -- fully equipped kitchen and plenty of towels and linens were provided. Everything was clean and in good working order. The view is absolutely spectacular. Close to shops and to the bars and restaurants in English Harbour.Our only comment, which has nothing to do with the house, is that the road to access the property is on a steep 45 incline (not exaggerating!) We had no issues, but for those not familiar with the roads in Antigua, this will take some getting used to."

"What a lovely place - every bit as good as the details suggest and more! Great views, and very comfortable. Nice quiet AC, and ceiling fans, and fast Wi-Fi compared to other places we went. Beds were comfortable, although slightly firmer in the twin room, and both of the showers were really nice and bang up to date. Loads of appliances, and handy washer with a clothes line outside. Mosquito traps on the balcony helped keep the little blighters at bay. Bumpy road up to the property, but fine with a normal car taken slowly. Alastair and Robertha were both really helpful in sorting anything out for us, and helped with booking car hire in advance for example. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rose House, and if we return to Antigua we would definitely stay again – no question. "
