Every day you get greeted with some amazing views of either Montserrat or the many sailboats that cruise through. David & Jenny were super communicative and provided us with copious amounts of information to prepare us for a seamless stay. "The property was amazing, although sort of off the beaten path…but that’s not even a problem with having a driver available anytime. The house was spectacular and Lou (owner) was always a call away, willing to help, pick up groceries, drinks, whatever. The house is probably better than the pictures online. And the pool was a great size! Would recommend The Carib House, and Lou, to anyone."

"This home was everything and more than we hoped for. The view was simply incredible and we spent countless hours just looking… house is stocked inside with all you will need, we cooked, grilled and had plentiful drinks, never short on glasses, dishes or otherwise. "The hosts made sure we were comfortable and took care of issues as they came up, (they were only very minor). They made sure we knew about attractions on the island such as what to do and restaurant recommendations which were spot on. The hosts made sure we had some supplies to tide us over until we could get to the grocer such as bread, butter, a pineapple (delicious) among other things. Having private secure parking was great. The seclusion was welcome. There was a great view of the harbour....

"The resort was beautiful, clean , and in the center of everything. I enjoyed Casa Roots restaurant however it’s not in walking distance so a cab is recommended. Also they’re only 3 options of restaurants on the property to eat and their hours vary . I enjoyed the Antigua breakfast at Salt Plage the best . Sandals resort is next door however in order to eat at their restaurants you have to purchase a day pass and I don’t know how much that is. Don’t get suckered I’m to paying for beach chairs ....

"We arrived and checked in with no problems. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Oscar was the best! He always checked in with us and made sure we had everything we needed. He even changed our car tire when it went flat. Leonard was also helpful while checking in with his staff and patrons. Our little apartment was right in front of the pool. "I loved the property and how it was set up. A few tiny things niggled me. The jacuzzi bath didn't have a stopper so couldnt use it as a bath. The shower wasnt cleaned properly, there was hairs all over. No other plugs for international guests. Some of the lights didnt work."

BUT the condo had not been cleaned properly - previous guest's toothbrush and other items were still in bathroom. The outside is just UGLY and the condo is WAY TOO FAR from the beach. Have to drive at least 5 mins to any amenities and the beach. Jolly Harbour is OK...but would not recommend staying there if you are not needing harbor access "
