Property was clean and very quiet. great view of Harbor from balcony. Location was very close to things in Falmouth and English Harbor. Collette was very pleasant and took care of any needs or concerns. Would Definitely rent again

We stayed in a very clean and quaint one bedroom, #12 which is upstairs. Met a few others there who were very nice. Two bottles of cold water, one of wine with flowers to greet us. All you would need to prepare heated meals, very nice refrigerator and everything any hotel provides, all done very nicely. Security is provided with fence and electronic gate opener. Finding Neem was just a tad difficult but once on the dirt road off main it was marked with signs. The location was on a hillside and not on a beach but beaches are nearby and this location was Close to many sites including Falmouth Bay, Nelson’s Dockyard and not far from Shirley Heights. My wife and I enjoyed our stay

Neem view is an awesome place to stay! We have stayed there 4 different times now! Grocery, Sweet t’s( food and bar) and liquor store, 268 brewery all within 2 min away from Neem View! Workers and owners all amazing! Looking to book again in February

This was my second time starting on this property, Nicollete is so sweet I believe she is the property manager. She accommodated me because I needed to check in a day early, the property is always quiet. All the apartments are gated in, it’s a nice beach maybe 7 mins away driving. And a nice pool on the grounds of the apartments.

Superb!! Wish we were still there!

We had the best time at Neem View. Our 2 bed apartment was spacious and well equipped. We loved the pool and used it many times over our 3 week stay. It is useful to have a car but there is a supermarket and a couple of local restaurants you can easily walk to. Its location in Falmouth harbour is fantastic with so much to explore! Collette was brilliant and so helpful with everything with fantastic communication before, during and after the trip. We will definitely be back! (Family of 4 with children aged 8 and 4)

The property was in a lovely area overlooking the hills. Very quiet and peaceful. Collette and her team were so lovely and helpful with transport and logistics. The apartment is clean and there is lots of space to relax and enjoy the views and relax. It is far away from town and if you are going to stay here it is good to have a car or arrange for reliable transport to get around and visit other areas. Getting to a meeting venue on the other side of the island was quite stressful every day for a week. There are not many places to eat close by and there is only 1 small general shop so it is a good idea to go do your shopping so you can self cater in advance.
