"Stay away, there are mice everywhere! Also, the reception is closed most of the time (without notice) and their emergency number does not work. So good luck getting in if you get locked out!"

"Sylvie et Sebastien and Carla were excellent hosts. We felt so welcomed. Sylvie and Carla met us the first day with coffee and tea. They sat down with us and made sure we knew how the tram worked and everything Bordeaux had to offer. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The room was clean and quite large. The bedding exceptional and bathroom very nice."
