Awful stay

"No information about late check ins. No information about check outs. Room was not what was sold in the pictures. Eventually Got the room we paid for but only for the last two nights of trip. Toilet was broken on arrival so I fixed it myself as I couldn’t contact anyone. Horrible smell in bathrooms. Showers were disgusting and such low pressure. New room was abit better but still not great. We paid for a room with full access to pool but the next day when searching for the pool we found out it was closed. This wasn’t written on the website or told to us before arriving. One of the main reasons for choosing this apartment was for the pool. The receptionist was pleasant enough but really couldn’t help. I asked for a full refund (for the remaining nights) and to leave the hotel immediately but the hotel refused as the manager wasn’t in… we had a complimentary breakfast but really wasn’t anything special. Beds were so uncomfortable that I woke up over and over again. Overall I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. "

"We appreciated having the option of a small kitchen. We also liked how roomy our room was with a nice leather couch and big windows that opened for fresh air. Our room was clean and comfortable and very quiet. Overall we were pleased and would stay here again when arriving or leaving Bordeaux as the airport is only two train stops away."
