"My husband and I had the most amazing vacation in Exuma, and our stay at Bella Vista made it even more special! This was our first vacation with just the two of us, and we couldn’t have chosen a more beautiful place.The property was absolutely wonderful, with breathtaking views and everything we needed to feel right at home. We especially appreciated having everything available for our days exploring the beautiful beaches. The accommodations were comfortable, welcoming, and thoughtfully equipped.The owners were wonderful, and we truly appreciated their hospitality. We have vacationed in Florida for years, but Exuma is on an entirely different level. The crystal-clear turquoise water, peaceful surroundings, and incredible beauty made this a vacation we will never forget.We are so thankful we found this little piece of paradise and would absolutely love to return! Jack and Cay, thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us and for all of the helpful advice and recommendations.The house was outstanding, and we loved spending time at the dock watching the incredible sea life. We explored beaches all along the coast and were amazed at how deserted they were. Other than a group of people at Jolly Holl we often felt like we had the beaches completely to ourselves. Coco Plum was a favorite, especially finding so many beautiful sand dollars.We also rented a WaveRunner and spent a day exploring little islands and hidden spots along the coastline. It was an incredible experience and a highlight of our trip.Thank you again for your hospitality and for helping make our week so memorable. "This was a trip of a lifetime! Thank you to peace and plenty for exceeding our expectations. We came during off season, a lot of the typical things in the surrounding area were closed, but we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We felt like we had the whole island to ourselves! We seen a family of sea turtles off of our balcony every day. The beach on stocking island had star fish everywhere and the chat n chill was a short walk in hip deep water to eat conch salad and play with the friendly stingrays. We enjoyed renting a boat from mins and exploring around ourselves, but the complimentary water taxi will take you to the floating bar, the coconut club or da sand bar. Honestly. We can’t wait to come back with our family! Best vacation ever"

"-We were very impressed with the communication with the host and the property manager. Questions were answered almost immediately and we appreciated all the instructions and information they provided about the island and the departure process at the airport.-The home, like so many places on the island, is way beyond the first impression from the outside. It is extremely well decorated and appointed with all the best appliances and furnishings. And the views from the all-glass back are stunning. We were traveling with another couple and found the living space to be very comfortable and quiet.-We had a great time and are anxious to return!"

"Jack was super! The house was well stocked. He responded quickly to any issues. The mattresses were so comfortable and this is so important to us! The location is great, a perfect home base for exploring and returning to a gorgeous sunset and relaxing pool. The views are incredible. Highly recommend Jack and his properties!"

"Couldn’t possibly beat the location, the view from the upper patio was incredible. In the description it states it’s a 9 minute drive to the beach, which is inaccurate, it’s quite literally only a 30 second walk to TOC beach. The house was conveniently stocked with just about everything you would need, especially considering the drive into town. I would absolutely recommend staying at this property!"
