"Clean environment and added bonuses like washing powder, tabs etc and attention to detail with bathroom soaps etc which are not usually supplied in holiday rentals. The only two things I would say is that the dog odour was overwhelming downstairs and the front garden could do with some tlc and the back yard could do with implements being removed for safety of pets. Otherwise a good stay and good host."

N.B.les photos sur le site ne mettent pas assez en évidence le charme du cottage avec son patio et son jardin"

"What a lovely stay run by a lovely couple. A quirky friendly B&B within easy walking distance of town ( a little up hill on the way back) Beautiful garden full of interest. A perfectly cooked breakfast in the morning made using good quality produce. Along with cereals, yogurts and juice. Homely and clean. You really felt like a guest rather than just another number moving through. They have two small friendly dogs but kept them out of the way for a guest who felt nervous around dogs. Happy to recommend. If you’re as lucky as I was, you might spot a Red Squirrel visiting the garden."

"Elizabeth and Martin were perfect hosts and nothing too much trouble. The location was perfect for us and near great restaurants and pubs beside river. Breakfasts cooked to order and perfection...even the poached eggs just right. Nice courtyard in back with gazebo seating and lots of flowers. We were there on hottest weekend of year so bedroom very hot but nothing could have been done about it...ag least windows opened and was a large ceiling fan in room. Would have preferred king bed but knew it was a double when we booked and king wouldn't fit in the room. This is a traditional older style house run by two lovely people and we would stay again if down that way."
