Beautifully landscaped home on a large corner lot in Riverwood Plantation - one of Evans Georgia's premier communities and home to the Champions Retreat Golf Club. This home has 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms - 1 bedroom and bathroom on the main level (along with the laundry room) and 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the upper level. The spacious kitchen opens up to the eat-in breakfast area and den. There is also a dining room and living room area with additional seating areas off the kitchen. The screened in back porch is another great area for entertaining and watching the tournament on TV! The back patio has 2 grills and a table and chairs for outdoor eating and congregating. New in 2025 - Swimming Pool - pictures to come.
