"Superb staff. They went out of their way to make our stay as great as possible. My family were treated like royalty, and all we did was show up looking really tired after a delay filled 24 hour journey. This human touch was really appreciated by my family. Very convenient for travelling into Milan by tram, although we walked everywhere (it doesn’t take long to reach the Duomo). A few good cafes nearby and a safe area. Friendly hosts too. "The hotel had all the amenities we needed and was conveniently located. The staff is friendly and responsive. Breakfast is delicious and in a large room with a stunning view of downtown Milan. Beds are comfortable and rooms were nicely air conditioned in the heat wave we experienced in Milan. The only negative comment I would have is that the colours in rooms are dark and look a bit dated, but that isn’t a deal breaker. We recommend the hotel and would stay there again. "
