Best Western St. Louis Inn

Best Western St. Louis Inn

10/10 Excellent
"We had a great stay here! The front desk folks were awesome, and the lady who was working that evening (I didn’t catch her name) was hilarious! She made the check in process smooth and had great conversations with us. We enjoyed a clean and cool room, the pool was a blast, and I would definitely stay here again!"

Heritage Inn & Suites St. Louis/Fenton, Trademark by Wyndham

Heritage Inn & Suites St. Louis/Fenton, Trademark by Wyndham

8/10 Good
"I have stayed at this hotel a few times. The value is good - a better than expected hotel for the price. There were 2 issues for this last stay. I had a room with an adjacent wall to the elevator area, and the elevator is very loud and clunky when the door opens and shuts. I could hear it all day and all night long (good thing I had good earplugs). Make sure to get a room away from the elevator. Also, the cable tv system is a mess. The channels don't match what the cable guide on the TV says nor what the icon in the corner of the screen says. Also, many of the channels they're supposed to have say "no signal." Not a huge deal but definitely annoying. A simple piece of paper in the room which lists the real channels would certainly help."
