We were left seeking other accommodations after hotels.com took almost full payment for a months stay from us and has yet to return it because “they cannot reach the host” . This is a lot of money to be held from us unavailable to make another booking to replace this one. It has been almost 2 months and hotels.com is not responding to my emails about my refund. "

"The room was clean and the beds were super comfortable! Breakfast was okay. The eggs were somewhat watery and the potatoes were ehh. The hotel location is great, close to the airport (about a minute or two away). Food is super close as well as a few clothing and grocery stores. There is a pool but it was closed due to the crazy weather. There is a laundry room on the 2nd floor which was another bonus! Overall I was satisfied and will be back again."
