The hotel has a great surrounding environment, and the staff were very friendly, offering us a lot of help. The check-in process was extremely convenient.

The airport pickup service took us to the wrong hotel location even though we communicated with the hotel directly on expedia.

The room was spotless, The staff was friendly and provided excellent customer service. Check-in, Check-out was a breeze and Gene was very helpful and so was the hotel manager. I highly recommend this hotel if you plan to vist Guangzhou for business/pleasure. Thank you!

The room was tired and worn out, but clean. The location is first class - close to Beijing Road and everything you need. The hotel is tricky to find on foot If you enter through the mall, stay on the ground floor and head out the back past the escalator. If you take the metro head to exit D, and take the first left - don't go up the steps to the street. There is an escalator that leads directly to the hotel.
