This place was really great. The only minor issue was parking (we had to park out on the street one night, even though parking was specifically mentioned in the information for the hotel) but in this case the hotel was so good in every other respect that we have given it top rating. If we go back to that area we will definitely inquire about staying there again. Their all day breakfast was outstanding, the room was perfect, we were able to wash clothes at no cost except washing powder, manager...

We had stayed here before as it is very convenient for visiting family. Rooms are small but comfortable. Friendly host, easy free parking. Pleasant pub just around the corner for dinner and very relaxing in the garden. Good value for this part of Surrey.

We enjoyed our one night stay very much. The room was great, comfortable bed with good quality linen. Breakfast was generous and tasty served with barista style coffee. Staff were kind and helpful and the owner is a seasoned restaurateur which is evident in the excellent quality of food and service. We highly recommend the Percy!

Amazing place. Well appointed room.

Very friendly and welcoming hosts.

Historical property, excellent communication and very friendly owner.

Staff are great, rooms are small but renovated nicely. Very good option and beautiful area.

This hotel is located in greater London in the suburb of Tooting (zone 3 on the Tube). I found the staff to be friendly and took care of any concerns I had promptly. You have free use of their washer and dryer, and even the laundry detergent is complimentary. On top of that they supply food and drinks in the fridge such as apple and orange juices, bread, spreads, eggs, bacon and milk and a choice of cereals. Chuppa Chups are also supplied. The rooms are clean and compact. Showers come with...

Very nice stay, we had 2 nights and our host was very welcoming, personable and informative. The communication before we arrived was also excellent.

Great location near Heathrow. Great to stay and drop off hire car. Great character accommodation. Good breakfast. Two pubs nearby walking distance around the corner

Close to Victoria Bus Station. Clean room. Friendly helpful staff

Over 6 weeks and more than a dozen BnB's, guesthouses, hotels and hostels, we found Hazel's 'Grove Guest House' to be an outstanding stay for value for money and a friendly, warm welcome. Our hostess, Hazel, genuinely likes people and generously shares her home with them. When I arrived I had undergone some tummy problems in France and Hazel made particular efforts to ensure that, despite the shared bathroom we had booked, we had the use of toilet and bathroom to ourselves(this, I suspect, may...
