"Being from out of state the location of this hotel was rather nice for the purpose of visiting fort jackson for family day and graduation very easy to get to base. The room was emmaculate and all of the amenities were superb! The beds are super comfy and the pillows are the best! Would definitely stay again!!! "

We did not have housekeeping service during the 3 days we stayed, even when they said that it would be done every other day. On arrival the front desk person was not "professional" at all. "The staff is super friendly and accommodating. I had an issue with the lock on my room door and it was fixed quickly. Everyone I interacted with was wonderful. The room was also very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The only issue I had was a minor issue with the faucet on my shower but it was easy to work around. Overall, this was a great hotel with fantastic staff."
