I usually dont get too excited about hotel breakfast buffets, but the offerings here were fabulous. Staff worked hard to keep stocked, excellent cold plates keeping drinks cold. Sausage was hot and fresh. Good grits and scrambled eggs.

The staff was lovely specially the older woman who worked in the kitchen. Some of the housekeepers did not do the job correctly. I stay there for a whole week and my room only got clean once.

What I did like was the price!!( to good to be true). What I did not like about the hotel, when we first arrived there were staff hanging out in the lobby area. The person that checked us in was polite. The room was not clean enough for me. I had to lay down towels bc I was scared to walk barefeet on the floor. Bathroom floor was noticeabley dirty. I had to go buy Lysol to spray down the place just to feel comfortable enough to sleep for the night. Overall I was disappointed bc coming from a place where I always desired to stay in the Hyatt place, I just knew it was a great hotel. I was not really happy with this Hyatt in particular. Please update this hotel bc it's in a great location!!!
