"Requested a handicap room.They say they couldn't change it . Assistant manager very rude and so was the maintenance guy our TV did not work so we waited around for about an hour then finally went downstairs and yes if they'd fix it and the guy said that he was too busy he'll get to it when he can. The room was just terrible I I am handicapped and I told them I could not step over in the tub but they wouldn't change it I knew they can cuz my wife used to beat it a gentleman manager for Marriott hotels they can just about do anything. I did request a handicap room when I made my reservation but somehow they said that the front just didn't get and they couldn't change it"

"Absolutely everything about our stay at Beaver Lodge was fantastic. Kyle is THE best host, hands down. Responsive, thoughtful and accommodating. The Lodge is built rock-solid and very well maintained. The seclusion is spectacular, and it’s easily accessed just off the highway. Very quiet and dark at night. One recommendation for guests…remember to bring your own bath soap and shampoo. There’s a sizable selection left by former guests but you may not find what you want. All-in-all this property delivers an extraordinary getaway experience. We absolutely plan to return."

"Cabin is on a hill with beautiful sunrise and sunset views. Be sure to bring your own soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The only thing provided was a shampoo bottle. The place is isolated, so it may be difficult to stock those things for visitors. "
