Wonderful stay at Hayes Mansion. The property is beautiful, with historic charm, well-maintained grounds, and a peaceful atmosphere. From check-in, everything went great. The gentleman who checked us in was kind, knowledgeable, and overall a joy to have encountered. The check-in process was fast and easy. Once we received our keys, we went to our room which was really nice. Our stay overlapped the stay of a big soccer team and we were actually staying in the building that they were accessing. Security was amazing, they treated us as guests and we were able to roam freely (just had to show our room key). Everyone was absolutely great. We are big fans of this soccer team and were very pleased with how we were treated. The property is amazing, it’s big - easy to get lost honestly. But it’s beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.

We only stayed here 1 night, but it was a very comfortable stay. Very nice and quiet with large, comfortable rooms. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool. It was small but quiet. Did not try the restaurant but appreciated the small touches such as filtered water machines in hallway. Would stay there again!

Had a nice time at the Hayes Mansion, staff was friendly and helpful. Noise in the room was minimal even though a few events (wedding, live music) were being held. It's in a residential area so there isn't a lot of commotion. Air conditioning was a standalone unit that didn't work the greatest, there were a few hot spots in the room. It was also loud, and while for me that wasn't bothersome (more just white noise), people who have trouble sleeping with noise might find it annoying.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hayes Mansion. The room was nice and cool, and the pool was a highlight! We especially loved all the winding, wide hallways, alcoves, seating areas, game room, verandas, and exploring the grounds. It has a very majestic and whimsical feel to it, and we will definitely be back for another stay.
