"We enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was comfortable and with three of us, it was roomy and our granddaughter could have her privacy. The only drawback was the lack of a guard rail on the front steps. My husband and I are 76 so I would have felt more comfortable with a guard rail."

"On the plus sides: The property is fun and ecclectic. I would say not for small children as there are wooden and woven giraffes, lamas, masks etc. that would likely attract attention Good location, easy walk to restaurants. Fells safe. Clean. Plenty of hot water and good pressure. Plenty of books and games. Easy parking. Erin is very responsive.Negatives: mattress a bit soft but that's personal preference. A bit dark. I *believe * windows are covered with film [makes sence, floor level] ...

"I had a great stay! Kolibrie Huis was a perfect tiny house. It was clean, well equipped, comfortable, and centrally located. The garden and private patio were very peaceful with real hummingbirds around. "
