  • Welcome to By Popular Demand! Be it for family getaways, business travelers, or a couples retreat, our home offers guests a comfortable space to relax. With 3 bedrooms (2 rooms offering a king bed) and 2.5 bathrooms, our two-story smart home is well stocked and decorated for comfort. Spend time outdoors! Steps away are two local parks with small play structures - one offers an outdoor grill.

    In advance, we thank you for considering our home for your travel accommodations!

    GENERAL: Free Wi-Fi, central heating, air purifier, towels, linens, washer/dryer access, self-check-in with keypad
    KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen; some spices, air fryer, drip coffee maker, Keurig (with options), dishware, cookware, and flatware.
    INDOOR LIVING: Multiple TVs with Fire TV access, Reclining Sofas, Dining Table, and LED lighting
    BEDROOM 1: King-sized bed, blackout curtains, walk-in closet, TV with soundbar, and ensuite bathroom (shower/tub combination).
    BEDROOM 2: King-sized bed, TV, and closet. Shares the hallway bathroom (shower/tub combination) with bedroom 3.
    BEDROOM 3: Dedicated office space with one futon. Shares the hallway bathroom with bedroom 2.
    OUTDOOR LIVING: Fenced in yard.

    PET FEE: $150. Please keep pet(s) off furniture and carpet.
    PARKING: On-site driveway parking for vehicle (no garage access). Parking is congested - street parking is first come, first serve.
    CARPET: Please no shoes on carpet (stairway and second floor). GARBAGE DAY: Trash is picked up on THURSDAY mornings. If you are here WEDNESDAY
    night, please place both cans (brown and blue) on the street.
