"We have stayed at a LOT of properties near Disney and this is the worst one. We will never stay here again. They nickel and dime you for everything and the parking is outrageous. None of the parking fees were disclosed when booking and the person checking us in didn’t even know how much they were. She said it was a third party that handled parking but you should still be able to share basic information about it. The pillows were awful and we were exhausted. For the price, it’s just not worth it at all. We will never stay here again. "

"Never in my life have I been to a hotel where the room keys stop working is a daily experience. We probably went through 15 rooms keys over the course of a week. No microwave in the executive suites, and the staff won’t help you. Gym equipment hasn’t worked for over 2 years, the treadmills are broken, and no signs whatsoever. Everything at this hotel just felt cheap. My wife got sick from the $19 breakfast burrito…Most likely never staying at this hotel again."

"Location was walking distance to Disney! I wish we would’ve taken advantage of that. We walked to downtown Disney the day after we did Disneyland and realized then the walk wasn’t long 15min or so. They did also allow early check in (1pm) I recommend calling the day of around 11am"

"The service was great and quick. I didn’t have much luck with the shuttle so I just Ubered there. It’s about 25 minutes from the airport. The parking has parking tickets but if being dropped off it’s free. Check in was smooth and the room was nice and clean. I will definitely stay there again!"
