"Roca Nirvana is a great hotel. The rooms are among the finest we’ve stayed in for a family holiday, and the food and pools are fantastic. However, the entire experience is let down by overly rigid, finicky rules. Getting drinks is... annoying. You only get two keycards; one must stay in the room for power, leaving just one for a family. Since the bar strictly requires scanning a card to order you cannot simply grab a drink without thinking, where is my card? Someone else taken it to another pool? Forgot your card? back you go! Other policies are equally baffling. All-Inclusive guests must pay extra for the poolside à la carte, the ONLY place for AI to eat lunch is at the main restaurant. The kids' mini-disco is awkwardly timed at 6:00 PM when you want to shower and get ready for dinner. A large adults-only area unnecessarily cramps the buffet during peak family holidays with barely anyone in it. Some rules are baffling. I moved a chair to sit my wife and daughter during breakfast. I was told to sit somewhere else by the staff as the tables were two people only?! The pool doesn't open until 10 and closes at 6. However you cant get towels until that point. So you have a choice, carry 2 towels per person to and from your room, or wait until 10 to get fresh ones. If you stay at the pool until 6, no chance to swap back. The open hut should be open from 9.45 to 6.15 to make things easier. It is a lovely property, but full of small annoyances which irritate over a holiday."

"El alojamiento estaba en muy buena zona de ubicación. La comunicación con el propietario también fue buenísima, nos ofreció parking ya que esa zona es difícil de aparcar. Si volvemos a repetir destino nos dejamos apuntado este apartamento! :)"

"Ravis d'avoir séjourné dans ce très bel appartement avec 2 terrasses, 2 salles de bains, etc...Spacieux, propre et très bien équipé, nous n'hésiterons pas pour un prochain séjour à Ténérife. Côté extérieur, l'environnement de la résidence est très propre et calme. Les piscines sont très agréables (et chauffées!). Le bar de la piscine est également accueillant et sympa.Le parking privé, pratique. Bonne communication avec le propriétaire et Mélissa !Pour résumer, très Belle Expérience !!!"

"When i checked in I was told that I could reserve for a restaurant before I go I tried to do it online and it wouldn't let me I call the front desk and the lady working there told me that I couldn't reserve, when I checked out the lady there told me me that I needed 4 days and I only stayed 3 days but that she could do it today. My problem is that the left hand doesn't knoe what the right hand is doing."
