Reception staff are excellent and can’t do enough to help - we had a small issue with our room and were moved with no hesitation and upgraded due to the inconvenience. We will be back!"

"The overall experience was great. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff were very helpful even though there was a difference in language. The staff were very friendly and pleasant. Nightly events were fun and engaging. One feedback I would like to share, I do think the hotel has a sewer backup issue. They were days my room smelt like sewage. I did place a request in for them to check it out. Issue was temporary solved but found it's way too my family rooms which was next to my room. But overall I had a experience."
