"Staff are very respectful, lovely and helpful. You can feel thy you’re in a 5 star hotel with their customer service going beyond and above. The only thing I’d add is that the cleaners don’t come everyday to change towels and clean the bin. Our bin would be full by the end of the day due to using apartment and having a baby. Overall the place is lovely, the area is perfect can see the beach opposite from the hotel."

"Lovely rooms with a swim up pool, perfect for privacy peace and tranquility! Great breakfast each morning and views were just breathtaking! Staff friendly and all went out of their way to ensure we had the best stay! Room cleaned twice a day and the place was modern x ideal get away for a couple or someone just wanting some peace and quiet. Local shop and bars about 5-10mins away in taxi, a little too far to walk!"

"We stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel from 27th September - 3rd October B&B and had the best time. Check in was quick and the staff were friendly and very informative. We booked a classic room with resort view and we were surprised that we had been given a classic room with sea view. We were on the 14th floor which was great to take in the sea views. I had left a note prior to arrival that it was a trip for my wife's birthday and there was a card and cookies in the room for her! Nice touch. The room was huge, very clean and modern, balcony fairly small but perfect for two people and had a table and two chairs. The hotel and grounds are on a huge scale, everywhere was clean, tidy and well maintained. Breakfast buffet was excellent, so much choice and constantly being replaced. Choice to sit inside or outside each day and all the staff worked hard. Prosecco/Mimosas were on hand for breakfast which was a nice treat. We used all of the pools which were never too crowded and there was always plenty of sun-beds even later on in the day. We liked the day beds with the hoods which were always available at the pool just off the main reception/restaurant area. The music around the pool and in the hotel was great, you even had a playlist in the lift We enjoyed some drinks/cocktails around the pool, and would like to mention Conrad who was a friendly waiter who always spoke to us and worked so hard. We are looking forward to returning next year"

Great food, exceptional service, a beautiful setting, numerous swimming pools and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sunshine, it really is a fantastic hotel. I would highly recommend experiencing the Casas Ducales wing, where the service is friendly and personal. "The hotel was very clean, the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the shower and bath had good pressure and temperature. The location of the hotel was perfect, away from the high-traffic tourist areas but still only a few minutes away from local beaches, shops and restaurants. Our favorite part was having drinks and relaxing by the pool. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast buffet had a good variety to chose from. Made to order egg omelets, fried eggs, crepes and waffles, plenty of fruits, juices, pastries, etc. as you would expect in a 5 star hotel. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would come back without hesitation. Now the minor things which I would improve: Toilet paper is the thinnest kind - I would expect something a bit more premium. The strawberries in cocktails and topping for crepes are frozen, I would expect fresh strawberries. The tv in our room didn’t have streaming apps and chromecast didn’t work / password wasn’t in the room. The elevators were dated, especially the one to the parking garage, it would open doors multiple times and drop a bit when a person would get in. The live music was great but ran a bit late for my liking, (until 11pm) ."

"We had a wonderful stay overall. The spa was excellent, the room was beautiful, spacious and perfectly clean, and the swimming pools and surroundings were absolutely stunning. The only disappointing part of our stay was the restaurant, “Le Top”. Unfortunately, the staff were not very welcoming or friendly. The atmosphere felt quite stressful, and the service was not as warm or attentive as we would expect from a 5-star hotel. Apart from the experience at the restaurant, everything was excellent and we truly enjoyed our stay. The setting, facilities and room were all outstanding. We would simply hope for a more pleasant and professional service at the restaurant in the future."
