COVID-19 may have changed the way we travel, but it hasn't stifled our love of exploring. Here are some tips on how to navigate travel's new challenges:

• Before you book a flight, find out if any travel restrictions apply — in both your origin and destination. Get the latest updates by checking government and airport websites.

• Separate any food you're carrying for screening. Food items often trigger the alarm. Putting them in a clear plastic bag and into a bin reduces the need for a TSA agent to handle and inspect your belongings.
