"This was our third time in DR but our first time at this resort. Good entertainment and food. Staff was nice. Place could use a few upgrades. Our rooms AC was not cold enough. "

"The first room we got, the TV was not working, toilet was not working, we reported this many times and they said they will send someone to solve the issues and that never happened, the third day we had to request to be moved from room and they could not help because we weren’t at the room, also they asked us to move the bags to reception which is awful as they have people that can help in that. The 4 day we asked again to be moved from room and was a terrible experience, the second room AC was not working properly, but at least we have TV in that one and the toilet worked properly."
