"Is a beautiful apartment, but terrible maintenance, my family and I stayed for 4 days-3 nights and we never got internet connection, the person from the rental office staid that was because the weather, but I had friends that was traveling with us but they stayed in others properties and they never had problem with the internet.
The AC units stop working after the electricity went out, so we had to endure the heat for the last 3 hours
The AC Unit for one room never work, it was showing and...

"The place was amazing, and everything was really close by. Unfortunately, our arrival experience was not the best because we didn’t have the QR code to enter the property, and we spent about three hours trying to get into our unit. The jacuzzi also wasn’t working, which was disappointing. However, after that, everything was okay overall. It’s a highly secure place to stay in Punta Cana.
