No complaints with our stay for 2 weeks. The room fit our needs with a wonderful view of the water. The pool deck area is comfortable with lots of options for lounging around the pool. It has an upscale feel to the whole pool area. The wait staff bringing beverages and food (tasty - although more expensive than in San Miguel, but fair for the poolside experience) are attentive and friendly. Snorkeling at the hotel is terrific … almost as good as the snorkeling tour we did. I think it is worth mentioning too that we had no issues with sea grass here given the location of the hotel doesn’t appear to see this issue like other parts of the island and the mainland. Special mention goes to David and Marco who are super helpful in the lobby with local knowledge of tours, food, shopping and general ideas for exploring the island. It is possible to walk into San Miguel (3 kms) and taxis are always easy to catch at the hotel and in town. Back for a day to Canadian snow and ice … missing Cozumel and the Hotel B Unique hospitality.
