"I like to walk and it was a little out of the way for Calle Larga or Park Calderón, but I did get to check out the little plaza near by that had a great set of restaurants and a museum of modern art. I did walk around a lot and it did not bother me much, however some people might just take a taxi to other places. "

"Great location, service and value for money. The staff were very helpful and assisted us in calling taxi and answering all the questions we had about Cuenca. Highly recommended"
""Our stay was excellent. The staff member, Alexandra, was exceptionally courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly—she truly provided outstanding service. The rooms were very clean and spacious, which we appreciated. While simple, the complimentary breakfast was a welcome and enjoyable amenity. We especially loved the location, as it is only a minute's walk from the Historic Center. Thank you, David, for your great service and attention throughout our stay. We look forward to visiting again in the future.""
"The staff was great in answering questions. Very patient when I asked about arranging a taxi for an excursion for the entire day. Set me up with a cab driver that they do business with on a regular basis and I received a discounted rate. "

"Charming, older property. Breakfast provided in the morning. Maria(host) was very accommodating & nice. Good location to walk almost everywhere or catch a cab if needed. Restaurants & stores nearby. Soap provided, but bring your own amenities (shampoo, conditioner). Hair dryer available to borrow from front desk. Enjoyed our stay. "
