"At first sight the hotel and the location were a disaster, but after checking in and checking out the room and the amenities the hotel offered I changed my mind and was pleased during the stay. the stuff was very helpful at accommodating our needs and the all inclusive program is great when traveling with kids. "The children's slides in the pool do not work (and judging by the rest of the comments, it is not known when they worked at all for the last time), and this is one of the reasons why we chose this hotel). It is not clear why they post photos of these slides, if they do not work - this is a real deception of guests.
