The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. The rooms have been updated since our last visit, are tastefully done and comfortable. The food was tasty, with a nice variety and all of the offerings were constantly refilled. The location is perfect -- it is in easy walking distance to the main promenade, the marina and to downtown. Great amenities such as free parking and wi-fi, a nice work-out facility, entertainment at night and drinks and cake/cookies in the lobby in the afternoons. I cannot recommend the Ceasar highly enough.

We had a great stay at the Caesar Premier Eilat hotel.The staff was responsive and friendly, the food was good, the facilities well kept, and the bed was comfortable. It is near the beach and shopping areas. Recommended.

Excellent stay

Excellent hotel in an excellent location. Staff was professional and friendly. Shane (if I recall his name correctly) provided excellent service during breakfast. He was very attentive and prompt in ensuring our table remained uncluttered during the breakfast buffet.

Our winter holidays was great there. We got a bigger room befor the check-in time and it was offered for us. On top of that we had an invitation for the friday evening dinner. I strongly recomend to try the restaurant!

When we arrived, there was a hiccup with the room we ordered. Once Expedia representative got involved and address it with the hotel manager, our issue was resolved to the best of our expectations. The manager was very attentive and kind. She addressed our special needs, got us a great and comfortable room with a beautiful view. The food was good. Free parking by the hotel. Walking distance to the Sea. We are very pleased with our stay and made great memories.
