Excellent stay and great value for money

Fantastic stay, newly renovated with nice seating areas in the lobby and lovely staff. There is no outside window in the room but this was not a big deal as the room was great. We will definitely come again!

the hotel is totally overdone, re-modeled. it used to be Pier hotel. rooms brand new and big. great huge size bed huge tv small shower but enough. they don't have a coffee kettle in the room, but rather in the front desk they have a good coffee machine with tea and cold water. fine for one night, since i went to eilat for business. near a shopping area and some restaruants around. low prices and clean. that's all you need

At check in, the front desk staff reminded us twice that it was a non smoking facility. When I informed her that none of us smoked she decided to lecture us a 3rd time, informing us that the property was only 3.5 months old and that they did not want any smoking in the rooms to keep it in top shape and clean. To my surprise, the room had coffee stains in the floor, TV did not work, there was no phone in the room, and the bathroom was a disaster. A coffin would have more room than the shower and there was black mold growing up to 3 inches off the floor in one of the corners of the shower. There was also a dozen drill holes in the bathroom wall tiles, some had smears of caulking in them, others were open holes. There was no grout where the floor times meet the wall tiles under the sink. This property is scamming when they say they are a 4 star hotel. If every problem mentioned above was fixed it would still be a 2 star motel.

Clean room. Refurbished recently but… Extremely small room with just enough room to open the door. Miniscule horizontal window giving on to the noisy corridor and zero view. No no one at reception when I arrived and rather unpleasant receptionist. And the hotel looks nice in the pictures but is located in a kind of courtyard accessible down a dark path. Definitely do not recommend.

Très bon rapport qualité prix.

L'hôtel est très bien placé en centre ville, proche des restaurants, magasins. Malheureusement les chambres n'ont pas de fenêtre donnant sur l'extérieur. L'hôtel offre à ses clients des boissons chaudes, cest rare et très appréciable.

Kleine, sehr saubere Zimmer, die mit allem ausgestattet sind was nötig ist. Gut zu einigen Restaurants und Geschäften gelegen, ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß zur Strandpromenade. Gerade für Isreal ein unschlagbares Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Die Zimmer sind ziemlich hellhörig
