Great place for families

Very nice and clean , a bit small for an apartment but larger than most hotel rooms. Automated check in and out , excellent . There is no shade in the terrace so it is not usable.... The sun in Eilat during the summer is burning hot . Maybe during October to January and march to April it will be relevant. We loved it , and will come again and happy to recommend it .

First, we had issues connecting with each other for the pre paperwork things so when we arrived late at night they worked very hard with us to get it all taken care of! I was grateful for them working on it at 10 pm. The place is great! We loved it! The view is wonderful! Everything was clean! Would recommend the place. The surrounding area is not the best though. It’s all under construction so if you want to relax or have a quiet location this is not that yet. There were probably 4 sites of construction very close to it and a halfway demolished house below it. But it’s going to be a nice area when all that’s done! There’s also two food places within walking distances that were very good! We would go back here again!

Perfect hotel

A quite version experiencing Eilat

It was very good. We did not feel the high season and the crowd that came to Eilat the same week. Perfect to those who have a car in Eilat, 1-2 km remote from the "party" and the beach but earns the serenety of a vacation. An excellent bakery and coffee shop 24/7 underneeth the building, a minimarket and a couple of options nearby to eat.

Good but not perfect

the overall stay was good. The location was nice. not close to the beach but close to supermarkets, restaurants, and the center of Eilat (by car). The room was clean and well maintained. the only thing that I didn't like was the communication with the support team. We asked for additional soap and they gave us a feeling they are doing us a favor by supplying more. We asked to delay a bit the checkout since we ordered activity in the sea. they got back to us only 1 hour before the checkout that we can stay a bit longer which was no longer relevant to us. this was disappointing since the hotel wasn't at full capacity and I assume they could have gotten back to us the day before with the same answer.

The Appartement was good but the check in was terrible. Check in time was at 15:00 but I have got the code to the Appartement after 16:00 via mail. The mail ended up in the spam folder. So I did not get any notification. And did not check the spam folder. We arrived at 22:00 at the Appartement and could not contact anyone. No one was answering via whatsapp so I had to call tlv2go which costed me 40 € because of the fee to call someone in Israel with a German number. I was minimum 10 minutes in the queue and had to call twice. Why did not you tell me the first time that I have to check my mails. No one told me that I will get any mail from you for the code. Why I have not got a WhatsApp from you like you did before. Why do you send that mail that late and not at least one day before the check-in? Just a terrible and unacceptable service.

Хорошие новые чистые апартаменты. Есть парковка под зданием. Удобный заезд-выезд. На кухне есть все необходимое, есть кофеварка, утюг. Из минусов: не очень удобный раскладной диван для сна. В этом же здании есть хороший ресторан и пекарня.

Not HONEST !!!

On May 18, I was with friends having lunch on the beach of Eilat. The office called me and asked me to go to the apartment as a contracter is coming. I left my friends, did not eat my lunch. The contracter DID NOT ARRIVE AT ALL, NOT MAY 18 at 15:00 or LATER. Bat Sheva said I will get a refund of $100 I had to call few times, and they thought that they will make a fool of me by changing it to NIS 100 instead of the $100 REFUND !!! This is called DISHONEST !!!

Everything is perfect, the room is wonderful and very confortable with the kitchen, balcony, and huge size. They only need to improve the check in and check out process with a storage place for our luggages.

The apartment is in new building and it is new and clean. Kitchenette is well equipped. The communication is done through messages and it is not fast, nor convenient. No response on the Saturday. But the overall experience is very nice.

Un super séjour

Nous avons passé 4 jours en famille dans cet établissent. Décoration moderne dans appartements, mobilier et terrasse formidable. Nous avions choisi l’appartement avec une grande terrasse sans regret. Vue formidable ! L’appartement est certes un peu petit mais c’est compensé largement par la terrasse et très confortable pour des vacances. Je recommande fortement :)
